Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in? Open the app and choose Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or sign in with your email address. If a code does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you used the same method you originally registered with.
I was signed out and asked to set up again. Sign back in with the exact same method (Apple, Google, or email) you first used. That returns you to your existing profile and skips setup. Signing in with a different method creates a separate account.
How do I turn notifications on or off? Go to Profile → Notifications to control kickoff, goal, and full-time alerts, and to mute individual teams.
How do I link my Fantasy team? Open the Fantasy tab and sign in on the official Fantasy Premier League page when prompted. We only read your public team data; we never see or store your Fantasy Premier League password.
How do I delete my account? Go to Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Something looks wrong with a score or fixture. Live data can take a moment to settle. If it still looks off after a refresh, email us the match and what you expected and we will look into it.
